Nutriterm Cloud — the Premium sync service, the web app at nutriterm.com, the mobile apps, and the backend infrastructure — is closed source and proprietary to Richly Labs Inc. Your right to use these services is governed by the Terms of Service, not by the Apache license on the TUI.
Nutriterm™ is a trademark of Richly Labs Inc. The Apache 2.0 license grants rights to the code; it does not grant permission to use the Nutriterm name or logo in ways that could suggest endorsement or affiliation with Richly Labs Inc. If you fork the TUI and publish it under a different name, that's fine. If you publish it under the Nutriterm name and present it as official, that's not.
The TUI bundles open source software from many other projects. Their licenses and copyright notices are listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file and the repository's NOTICE file.
